1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

 

Custom-built or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Standard Products

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

​

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos

4. Electronics Disclaimer

​

Installed, soldered, or modified electronic components are not eligible for return.

5. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Order Cancellations

​

In-stock orders may be canceled before shipping. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
